iBook down!

The “iBook”:http://www.apple.com/ibook has not been working for at least three weeks. Two calls to Apple did not yield any result — apparently “UPS”:http://www.ups.com are not as good as they want us to believe. Still, I suppose I was enjoying this interlude without a computer on my lap at home, but watching TV so that I did not do as much as I could have to get it repaired. Anyway, UPS are supposed to collect the iBook tomorrow. We’ll see. Really, I want to complain, for the odd chance of getting a brand new one as compensation.

For those who intend to say that Apple computers are not good, the issue with the iBook is known and is covered by Apple repair program at no cost.
