wxWidgets time control

Back in 2003, wanting to learn wxWidgets (back then, wxWindows), I wrote this time control. For some reason, I’m looking at the code and finding it difficult to follow even if there are comments. Maybe it is due to my limited experience with C++, but I am amazed I managed to do this.
