Emtel launches 3G in Mauritius
November 30, 2004 on 1:15 pm | In General |“Emtel”:http://www.emtel-lted.com yesterday put Mauritius in the forefront as it became the first company in Africa to offer 3G mobile services. The IT minister, Pradeep Jeeha, held the first video mobile phone call at the launch ceremony.
